Rachelle Lillyman

Psychologist

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours)
  • Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS)

Rachelle enjoys working with clients from various age groups (adolescents and older) and employs a client-centred approach, individualising therapeutic interventions to each client’s specific needs. She aims to create a calm, non-judgemental space where her clients feel safe, respected, and understood.

Rachelle has worked extensively over the past four years with clients experiencing disadvantage at a not-for-profit organization. She has experience working with many presentations, but particularly with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma,
anger management, and grief.

Rachelle works with her clients to help them gain insight and awareness of how the past and our thoughts and actions can keep us stuck in a place that is painful and where we don’t want to be. By increasing understanding and allowing space for change, clients can begin to move towards their goals and more positive outcomes.
