Tania has worked as a Psychologist for over 15 years in a variety of settings including Government and Non-Government organizations.  For the past five years, Tania has worked in an Allied Health Clinic providing psychological intervention to adults presenting with a variety of mental health conditions.

Tania provides a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings and to gain insight into behaviours that may be impacting on their psychological wellbeing. Drawing from extensive professional development training and experience, Tania uses a collaborative approach with her clients to develop an individualized treatment plan.

Tania utilises Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Schema Therapy to assist the client towards making changes in their lives.  Tania has a passion for working with adults experiencing symptoms of depression or anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions and post-natal depression.
