Tina is a provisional psychologist with a rich and varied background spanning psychology, coaching, and leadership development. Her career began in correctional settings and community health, environments, reinforcing her belief in the capacity of people to grow, heal, and reach new possibilities, even in the face of significant adversity. She has since worked extensively with individuals, entrepreneurs, and organisations in coaching and personal development, helping people thrive across both their personal and professional lives.
Tina is passionate about connecting people to their intrinsic strengths and helping them remove the obstacles standing between them and a fuller, more meaningful life. Her practice is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and person-centred, with a genuine focus on what is possible.
Tina works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and PTSD, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Positive Psychology. She also supports clients through life transitions, stress, and burnout, helping them reconnect with their sense of direction and wellbeing. With her extensive background in coaching and leadership development, Tina is well placed to support clients working on performance, confidence, self-worth, and professional growth.
