With over 15 years of clinical experience, Ania brings a wealth of expertise in therapeutic practice to her sessions. Ania's journey has taken her across different settings, from bustling urban environments to diverse regional and remote locations. She's served in both the governmental and non-governmental sectors, spanning education, disability services, and healthcare.

Her approach to therapy is deeply rooted in holistic, person-centred principles, supported by a strengths-based framework, and informed by trauma, attachment, and family dynamics. She's dedicated to employing evidence-based therapeutic methods, ensuring that sessions are tailored to each client's unique needs.

Originally from Poland, Ania received her training in social work before embarking on a journey that has led her through the Netherlands, the UK, and now Australia. This multicultural background has enriched her understanding of diverse perspectives, and as a bilingual individual, she offers counselling sessions in both English and Polish.

Above all, Ania's goal as a therapist is to cultivate a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients feel empowered to freely explore their stories.
